QinetiQ signs lease in Reston - The Business Review (Albany):

As the incoming lead tenant inthe 196,00p0 square-foot Class A offics building at 11091 Sunset Hillsw Road in Reston, its 11-yea r lease starts later this year. McLean-based QinetiwQ North America, a subsidiary of London-based QinetiQ that offersx technology-based defense and security products and services to the saidits 42-percent revenue growth over its last fisca l year has partly been due to its role in the intelligencwe and cyber security markets and new work with the Department of Homelane Security and NASA. It will be the fifth U.S. officed for the company, which is also in Huntsville, Ala.
