Southwest also is increasing its servic e charge to check a thir d bag or an overweight bag that weighs 51 to 70 The fee will be raisedrfrom $25 to $50 for customers traveling on or after June 17. Southwestr remains one of the only airlinesa that allows the first two bagsfor free. “Th increase in the baggags charge impacts less than one percent of our Kelly says.
